When is it better to rent rather than purchase?

Here are three good reasons to rent as opposed to purchasing.

First if you are ready to purchase there are many variables to consider.

  1. Drive or Tow
  2. Gas or Diesel
  3. Travel Trailer or Fifth Wheel
  4. Which floor plan to choose
  5. Class A or C or B
  6. Where to park it.

These are just a few of the things to think about. If you rent first that will help you to narrow down what you like and dislike.

Second how often will you be using your RV? The cost of owning an RV is very expensive. You have to make monthly payments, keep up the service, store it and keep insurance on it. By renting you can avoid the headache of maintenance, monthly payments, storage and insurance. The cost of renting does not come near the cost of 5 years payments. You are able to rent units for a fraction of the cost of ownership.

Third renting is a fun family vacation that you will remember for years to come.

How many miles can I go?

There are no limits on miles. 700 Free Miles are included with each week long rental additional miles are available starting as low as $.30 per mile when pre-purchased in 500 mile blocks.

Can I take my RV out of the country?

Our units are allowed in Canada and Mexico as long as your insurance binder states that international travel is covered and it must state which countries they will cover.

Do I need linens and kitchen items?

Yes, our units come bare. You need to bring any linens or kitchen items you will be using. We do rent linens and kitchen items for those who prefer not to bring their own. Please check ACCESSORIES LIST.

Can someone watch TV while the vehicle is driving down the road?

Many RV’s will allow you to watch TV while driving down the road. If the TV is in the drivers view then most manufacturers have a device on the TV that will not allow it to run while the key is in the on position.
